Frittata

Don’t skip the heavy whipping cream!

Ingredients

• 8 eggs
• 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 lb of sausage (or other meat of choice)
• Vegetables (I like to use peppers or spinach)
• Cheese (Parmesan or cheddar)

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Crack eggs and whisk until mixed
3. Add heavy whipping cream to eggs and mix again
4. Chop veggies
5. Prepare meat (brown sausage, cook bacon, chop ham)
6. Put meat and veggies into a greased round pie pan
7. Pour egg mixture on top
8. Top with cheese
9. Cook for 20-25 minutes
